How we're regulated
We’re regulated by market and regulatory authorities bodies, who enforce requirements for safety, pricing, reliability and service. We report regularly, to ensure that we meet our obligations.

Who regulates us and why it matters
Electricity distributors, including Endeavour Energy, are governed by the National Electricity Law and the National Electricity Rules, which set out how power is delivered across eastern and southern Australia. These laws and rules form the framework for the National Electricity Market, where electricity is supplied to customers.
We’re also regulated by the Australian Energy Regulator, wh oversees our prices, service and performance. In addition, we follow state-based regulations to ensure electricity is delivered safely, reliably and efficiently.
Together, these regulations help ensure our customers receive safe and reliable electricity supply, wherever they live.
