Small Low Voltage
LV Connection (230/400 V) Total electricity consumption or exports, per financial year, is less than 160MWh
We set our network tariffs to cover the cost of building and maintaining an efficient energy network for our customers and to meet future network demands.

We aim to:
We provide different power supply solutions to suit the needs of different businesses, from small and local, right up to heavy industrial operations. Understanding your tariff helps you make more informed energy choices.
We monitor your energy use and if we believe your tariff class is no longer right for how much power your business uses, we’ll move you to a more appropriate class to ensure optimal energy supply.

ST Connection (33, 66 or 132 kV)
We set our tariffs to cover our costs and then we align them to work with how customers are using the network. Our tariffs account for 27% of the retail energy bill for customers using our network. Your retail bill is also made up of generation, transmission and retailer costs and fees towards government schemes.
Our costs cover the cost of building and maintaining the network, the future costs of providing new services, handling growth in demand and exports and replacing certain parts of the network when required.
To ensure a fairer and more efficient system, we've introduced time-of-use tariffs for retailers instead of a single flat rate. This shift, encouraged by the National Electricity Rules and Australian Energy Regulator, reflects modern energy use and promotes a fairer pricing structure.
Our tariffs are also adapting to changing energy use now more customers are feeding affordable solar energy into the grid during the middle of the day.
We target network investment in service outcomes our customers value and prioritise.
We closely control our operational expenses to prevent unnecessary cost increases for customers.
The Australian Energy Regulator ensures our network tariffs to retailers are fair and reasonable.
