Working as one to achieve more

Our approach to inclusion and diversity, is about reflecting our diverse communities. We celebrate differences and welcome people from all backgrounds, experiences and perspectives.

We’re committed to building an open and inclusive culture, where every team member feels respected and valued. We’re doing this by building diverse, collaborative teams with inclusive leaders and by providing a safe, supportive working environment.

We empower our people to balance their work and family life, through a range of family-inclusive initiatives, including generous parental leave, carers leave and support for all life stages. We’re proud to be certified as a Family Inclusive Workplace.

We offer flexible work options and wellbeing programs to help our people thrive at work and at home.

Gender equity

By proactively breaking down barriers, challenging bias and fostering an inclusive environment, we’re committed to ensuring equal opportunities for all people to thrive and succeed in their career and life. We have a specific focus on increasing the representation of women in leadership and non-traditional roles. We also aim for gender balance in our apprenticeship and graduate intakes.

We actively promote careers for women in science, technology, engineering and maths (STEM), by partnering with programs that inspire and empower high-school girls, to pursue STEM related careers.

We’re proud of our progress in closing the gender pay gap and in fostering an inclusive culture, where every employee feels supported and empowered throughout their career.
